Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an account?
Submit an account request via email to immunevista@childrens.harvard.edu with your name, institution, PI, and project. Access is provisioned within 1–2 business days.
Which analysis server should I use?
Use the OnDemand Server for general analysis. The IMPACC and LevyLab servers are dedicated to specific studies — use these only if you are part of those projects.
What data formats are accepted?
ImmuneVISTA accepts all standard multi-omic formats including FASTQ, CSV, TSV, RDS, HDF5, and more. Contact the DMAC team if you have a non-standard format.
How do I verify my upload was successful?
Generate checksums for your files before upload and compare them after. See the Calculating Checksums guide for step-by-step instructions.
Who do I contact if I have a technical issue?
Email immunevista@childrens.harvard.edu and describe the issue, including any error messages and the steps you took.
