Supported Studies
Projects
ImmuneVISTA supports multi-omic systems immunology studies across several consortia and programs. Each has dedicated data storage, QC workflows, and reproducible analysis environments managed by the DMAC.
Consortia & Networks
Immune Development in Early Life
IDEAL aims to characterize molecular and cellular signatures in plasma and nasal secretions over time, in children from 8 weeks to 5 years of age, to assess their correlation with key clinical outcomes including health as well as poor vaccine responsiveness, frequent respiratory infections and/or asthma.
International Network of Special Immunization Services
The purpose of INSIS is to address knowledge gaps in our understanding of the causes of adverse events of special interest following vaccination, risk factors for developing AEFIs, and to determine the best way to immunize individuals with prior AEFIs or risk factors. While the initial focus is on AEFIs following COVID-19 vaccination, INSIS's mandate can be broadened to other vaccines in the future.
IMmunoPhenotyping Assessments in a COVID-19 Cohort
IMPACC is a NIAID-supported study that aims to track the immune responses of people hospitalized with COVID-19 across 15 research sites in the United States.
Expanded Program on Immunization Consortium — Human Immunology Project Consortium
The central theme of this Human Immunology Project Consortium (HIPC) program is the use of transcriptomics, proteomics, and immune-phenotyping of the cellular and soluble blood compartment — collectively referred to as “omic” technologies — to characterize neonatal vaccine responses in relation to established immune correlates of protection (CoP).
Human Vaccines Trial Network
A collaborative network supporting the coordinated clinical evaluation of vaccine candidates across multiple research sites.
Rapid Assessment of Platform Technologies to Expedite Response
A multi-institution collaboration integrating computational modeling, experimental immunology, and data science to advance systematic vaccine platform assessment.
Internal Programs
Precision Vaccines Program — Internal Projects
Multi-omic projects being conducted within the Precision Vaccines Program (PVP).
